Owner and Head Instructor Brandy Girard-Simpson is a certified Krav Maga instructor through the Krav Maga Association of Canada. She took her first class 10 years ago and has been hooked ever since. She believes everyone has the right to learn how to protect themselves. She believes in life long training and still trains today in Ancaster
